If you are getting ready to sell your home, it’s a great idea to have a pre-sale home inspection to identify any items that need to be corrected before it’s listed. Some problems, like damage caused by wood destroying organisms, may not be obvious until the buyer has a home inspection. If a buyer finds an issue, they may ask for the repairs to be completed before closing, or back out of the purchase all together.

Having repairs made before an inspection will help the house sell at a better price and faster. You can also have a repair estimate if you give a buyer a credit for repairs.
