Home Inspection

Inspecting roofs with a drone.

The best way to inspect many types of roofs is with an inspection drone with a camera. Many roofs are too steep to walk on, especially when they are wet or have loose gravel. When I find this to be the case, I will use a camera drone for safety.

Another reason to use a drone is when the roof covering is a product that can crack. Tile, asbestos, slate, and concrete tile roofs can be brittle, and it’s best to stay off of them. The only way I would inspect a slate roof is with a drone.

Drones have very good cameras and can give excellent photos of damaged or torn shingles, vents, and worn shingles.

Simply viewing the roof from a ladder or will not be good enough. I want to be sure to give my clients the best inspection possible. I can do this with an inspection drone. Please call Earley Construction and Home Inspection Services to schedule an inspection. 904-207-0255
