Different types of home inspections.

-There are several types of inspections that you will need when purchasing a home, and other inspections that you will find helpful. Here are some of the home inspection services that Earley Construction and home inspection services can provide:

General home buyers inspection. General home inspections include the grounds, exterior of the building, roof, chimney, crawlspace, attic, interior walls, flooring, ceiling, kitchen, bathroom, electrical system, plumbing system, HVAC system, insulation, doors and windows. We provide detailed photos and information on any defects that we find. We will also provide the expected service life of the roof, water heater, and plumbing systems.

Four point home inspection. Four point insurance inspections cover roof, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems. It gives the insurance company information on the condition and expected service life of the systems. We will also provide a report on any electrical safety issues.

Wind mitigation inspections. Wind mitigation reports will identify possible insurance savings for homes with wind mitigation features. These reports provide insurance companies with information on the roof shape, roofing type, roof to wall connections, roof decking installation, and opening protection.

Pre-listing inspection. Pre-listing inspections will identify items that can be repaired before a home goes on the market. We can provide estimates for repairs that will help the home show better when a buyer brings their home inspector.

Wood destroying organism (WDO) inspection. WDO inspections will identify damages from pests such as sub-terranean temintes, drywood termites, powder post beetles, old house borers, and wood decaying fungi.
